General

CBL series marine explosion-proof centrifugal fan is according to GB11799-89 "Marine explosion-proof centrifugal fan" and GB11800-89 "Marine explosion-proof axial fans", GB3836-2000 "electrical apparatus for explosive atmosphere" of the “1” general requirements and “2” explosion-proof electeical equipment “d” and the televant provision of of the China class classofication society the current classification of sea-going steel ships of the construction rules and relevant regulations of the design and manufacture.

Application

1. Explosion-proof fan explosion-proof flag is Exd II BT4, May transport the air, contains salt fog ocean air and contains oil mist and corrosive air.

2. Explosion-proof fan is suitable for surking ship oil tank, cargo hold, pump room, battery tank, ammunintion tank, aircraft hangars, paint store, contain inflammable, explosive mixed gas or steam, also applies to ship other cabin ventilation and land departments of corresponding place.

3. Explosion-proof fan can with frequency 50Hz, 380v or 60Hz, 440v, YB-H series flameproof Marine threeophase asynchronous motor.

Structure

Explosion-proof fan is made I type(straight asscoiation-liked) and II type(bulked type) two kond of structure. The machine structure: are no spark type structure.

1. I typpe(straight association-like) explosion-proof fan made of explosion- proof motor direct drive type strucure. The impeller is installed directly in the motor shaft, casing fixed in the explsoion-proof motor flange.
2. II type(bulkhead type) for explosion-proof fan and motor subdivision structure. Consisting of blowers, drive group, elastic coupling, motor, etc. Drive group of bearing body, bearing, axis, copper ring, packing, etc: can temperature refueling. End straight zone detonation fan, end straight league bulkhead.
3. Explosion-proof fan for horizontal, single stage, single suction and airtight structure, also can be made into vertical structure.
4. Explosion-proof fan can be made into clockwise roation(right) or counterclockwise(left), the reversal(left)-from explosion-proof motor end face, impeller by anti clockwise, with “L” said.
5. Veering(right(-from explosion-proof motor end face, impeller clockwise, with “R” said.
6. Explosion-proof fan export position according to the impeller steering made several basic form. According to the needs, diffuser position is allowed according to 30°or 22.5 ° change other type.
